One other pitfall of RCV (to add to your chagrin) is that it requires centralized tallying. No more local (county) tallies that just add up to the state tally. The final call must be made by a single counting machine, which is a vulnerability (single point of attack). Thanks for reading and cheers to LA!

We’re in LosAngeles where county machines are replacing all former ink-a-vote (& other) methods. Beyond skeptical. Incensed.
